Our team of teachers aim to support you either as a mother-to-be or new mother during this special time of your life.
Yoga is an excellent way to prepare for the joys and challenges of this new journey as it has beneficial effects on not only the body, but the mind and spirit too.
The combination of hatha yoga and Dru Yoga give you classes where you will not only increase strength and flexibility, but also learn to deeply relax, ease aches and pains and uplift your spirit with beautiful, flowing sequences and affirmations.
We hope that you will leave the classes feeling empowered and with a deeper knowledge of not only how your body is perfectly designed for birth and motherhood but also a sense of inner calmness and peace which you can take with you for the years to come.
